Registration to the conference is expected to open by November 2026
Expected registration cost:
* Staff: € 1100,- (early bird) / € 1200,- (regular price)\
* PhD student: € 600,- (early bird) / € 700,- (regular price)
Note: all prices include dinner on Monday and Tuesday and attendance to the conference dinner on Wednesday, as well as lunch and coffee/thee etc. for all days.
Hotel reservations at the Rolduc Abbey will become available once the conference registration opens.
We have reserved a large number of rooms at the Rolduc venue. We are aligning on the preferred way of booking the rooms with the local organization. Will be updated asap.
Room rates:
* comfort single: € 105,- / comfort double: € 119,-
* economy single: € 65,- / economy double: € 75,- (economy rooms make use of a communal toilet and shower)
Breakfast is additional and costs € 17,50/day.
